I canceled my policy after only 2 months. I submitted claims that were denied due to "failure to receive medical records". The vet submitted all necessary records. After I called twice I kept getting the run around from "customer service" and immediately canceled my policy. This insurance is not worth the hassle.

I just love having Pets Best. I have the option of full coverage with unlimited coverage, 90% payout, & I can pick my own deductible & health care plan that I wanted for my girl. My first claim process was so easy & I was actually paid out within 3-5 days. The experience with Pets Best has been amazing! Thank u!
