The customer service was fantastic. He explained everything to us so well and was able to help us get the best plan for us. He explained that the reimbursement part comes by really fast so we wouldn't have to wait long.

You're Rocking it Trupanion. I've had Trupanion, for 10 years now and Trupanion is always there for my Maddy. I really appreciate your efficiency in processing my claims. The guy that helped me I wish I asked…
The guy that helped me I wish I asked for his name and if I did I forgot his name, he was so helpful. He helped change my email, corrected my user name and told me how to update my password. He stayed on the line and walk me thru to upload my claim.. This is five star customer service. Thank you Thank you Thank you.. service was either 10/22 or 10/23/24
