Fast response on processing claims and actually got my money back which was awesome!! Which was nice because I was thinking of canceling the insurance and got my money back which was good reason for me to keep it especially in this day and time when money is so tight and got it back quickly which is even better !!!!

What a great company
What a great company! My dog Henry has a new lease on life after having surgery. This insurance paid everything their policy said it would without the hassle of fighting claims or having to wait an unnecessary amount of time. Many of my friends did not believe in pet insurance because of all the stories they've heard about many of the companies out there. After explaining and showing them what Embrace did for Henry, they are in the process of joining the Embrace family. Embrace's customer service and easy claim submittal options made the process that much easier. Thank you Embrace!
