I was told I would receive an email to request payments for claims to be direct deposit instead of mail. I have been promised and told this multiple times but still have not received the email. Please make this process simple. Otherwise, experience is ok.

Seamless Experience at vet.
First time I needed to use trumpanion for a sick pet. The vet passed on the estimate info to trupanion and within minutes had an email from trupanion explaining what would be covered and what wouldn't. When it came time for the final cost, again within minutes had verification from trupanion, they paid the vet directly. Very seamless experience.
