This was my first time having to file a claim. The online assistance was good, and the assistance with a representative on the phone was excellent! I gave a 4 star review because the "drop-down" choices for a diagnosis was very limited. Otherwise, my experience was 5 stars.

Pumpkin Insurance was amazing
Pumpkin Insurance was amazingly quick in settling our claim and thoughtful and kind because the experience ended with euthanizing our beloved 7-year-old pet. We cannot recommend pumpkin Insurance more. Especially compared to an experience with another pet insurance company years ago.

Keep finding any excuse to not…
Keep finding any excuse to not reimburse the full percentage. I have sent in documents from my pet’s vet stating how illnesses are not connected to a pre-existing condition yet they still won’t cover because they see a word stated twice. For example, the vet used the word “dermatitis” twice so they said it’s the same condition
