The fact that I was refunded as much…
The fact that I was refunded as much as it was, uggghhhh. It is what it is I loved that I submitted all the paperwork they needed at once, so no one bugged me and wrote me 3 emails reminding me that they are still reviewing it and then ask me for more documentation. Most of what made it a 5 star experience was due to my pro-activeness, basically from past experience. Yay for me and thanks for Fetch staff for processing relatively fast .

Wonderful
For the second time in 3 years our boerboel tore her acl. First the back right now the back left. Aspca insurance paid the 90% of a very big bill in less than a week, no questions asked. They have been great and really helped with a very stressful situation. I would recommend 10 out of 10 times and I have to family and friends.

We can only say that we were so thankful that Trupanion was there for us when we needed them most. The stress of seeing our brand new puppy in distress was overwhelming. As brand new customers to Trupanion we weren’t sure if that they would be there for us on day 2. The ease with which our claim was handled at the hospital was truly amazing. We highly recommend Trupanion to anyone that has a pet. The costs of veterinary services can be daunting and it helps in knowing that you can get the proper care for your loved little friends. So far I’m mostly happy
So far I’m happy! The only reason for 4 stars and not 5 was due to a confusing phone call. The 1st time I called with questions I was delighted to get such a helpful woman to help me out. I felt she listened and shared a lot of great info. The 2nd time the agents accent was so strong, the response was terse, almost robotic. Made me wonder if customer service was changed to another country. I hate explaining issues to someone who doesn’t understand my language very well. Especially when it deals with an expensive health concern.
