I spoke to three customer service reps over the 24 hours of my emergency and they were all wonderful, kind, empathetic and caring. They additionally were clear and helpful! 1 business day later I have already received my money back from a claim submitted, so quick and I’m so thankful!

10 years of coverage for two dogs
I’ve had health insurance for both my dogs through Healthy Paws for the past decade. The policy is very easy to understand, and I’ve never had a bad surprise with coverage nor have I had to wait long to reach customer service. They have fast turnaround times for reimbursement. Claims are usually processed within the week (a few days), and in my most recent claim for a large amount, they actually processed it within 24 hours which was much appreciated. One of my pups has been to the vet significantly more than the other but it’s so worth it having it for both of them. There’s just invaluable peace of mind knowing that during a difficult time, there are more treatment options that we are able to evaluate because of the coverage. Highly recommend Healthy Paws! Easy to understand, navigate, quick turnarounds, responsive customer service.
