Always looking for reasons to not pay…
Always looking for reasons to not pay claims putting it on your vets fault for not getting back to them. Very high annual rate hikes. Customer service no help once they know your pet has illnesses they know you won’t go elsewhere. We NEED to do better for our beloved pets!!

I would give more stars if I could.
I would give more stars if I could. With the help of my Trupanion my 9 month old pup is happy and healthy again. He had a major surgery and it was all possible with Trupanion. It was hassle free the vet was able to direct bill and left me with a small amount of a high bill. I can't thank them enough!
