They've gotten better
When I first signed up in 2022, their claims processing was slow and the customer service sucked. Based on the speed at which my last few claims have been processed, I can see they are getting better.

Peace of Mind
This was my first set of claims to Fetch. It is my first experience with pet insurance. I had the unfortunate experience of my last dog being very sick with a chronic condition and not having insurance. When I got my puppy nearly 3 years ago, I wanted the peace of mind that having insurance would bring. She unfortunately had issues in the last few months that became pretty expensive, all covered by Fetch, promptly. Thank you for the peace of mind!

Navigation issues
I thought some of the navigation was difficult. After being diverted from a page to complete a task on another page, once the task is completed there is no obvious way to return to the original page except to click the “back” arrow a few times.
