Compassionate and caring
I used Embrace for one of my dogs year ago because they were the only ones who would insure my dog at the time. He had skin issues but Embrace was so compassionate and did insure him. Now I have my new dog insured and I couldn’t be happier. THANK YOU EMBRACE!!🐾🐾💜

Very quick response and processing of my claims. Ease of upload is a plus. Took pictures of the bill and vet notes and uploaded them directly via the websites interface. My lifelong healthy dog collapsed into a very sick dog in a matter of hours. Spot helped me absorb the bulk of the emergency costs. Very pleased

Pet insurance are scammy
Pet insurance are quite scammy. I notice that the more people buy these insurance, the more expensive Vet bills become. And on top of that, smaller Vets are getting bought up by private equity companies, and now prices are controlled by profit margins. I had a policy for my dog for nine years, and four years in, the premiums almost doubled. And nothing claimed. The longer you have the insurance, it seems the terms and conditions change for the benefit of the insurance companies.
