Is Wellness benefit really worth the cost?

I have a claim but I’m having difficulty filling. I need the reimbursement to be able to may my months bill
I have a claim but I’m having difficulty finding where and how to file a claim. Now my monthly payment is past due and I have no money to pay for it as I was counting on my reimbursement for over $1000 visit to my dogs veterinary. I can make my payment if only I can get reimbursed. But seems like I’ll be dropped by you before I can even file
