Unexpected Emergency Surgery
Had an unexpected emergency surgery and was so glad I had gotten SPOT insurance! Was so easy to submit my claims and got my reimbursement like a week later! So happy with the whole insurance experience, but could have done without the foreign body removal surgery!

I had a good conversation the other day…
I had a good conversation the other day with Fetch as I was skeptical about their plan and payment process and seemed like claims were not being paid. The reason I am giving them a 5 star review is because they are a company listening to their customer complaints. All has been resolved and they are taking steps to change some things which, they admitted, were not working. I have been paid for all claims and will stick with Fetch.

Premium doubled
Almost doubled our premium and we’ve had zero claims. Our dog is almost 5 and we started her insurance within a few months of getting her. There are better options out there and I’d recommend comparing them prior to getting Embrace.

Happy to have the coverage!
Happy I have the coverage for our fur baby as it has recouped way more than expected regarding the actual cost. Additionally, I batch submitted my claims anticipating a long, tedious process and was pleasantly surprised when each claim only took minutes using the app… for ALL of them!
