Rebecca was wonderful! She was patient with me creating the policies for my cats. She’s a great listener. Very knowledgeable. An all-around great asset to your company. I went thru 3 other companies and chose Prudent Pet because of how Rebecca assisted me and bottom, it is the best insurance for them, Daizee Duke and Domino as they get older. 😻😻. Thank you.

This is only the second time that I have had to file a claim for my Loki kitty. Both times I have been treated with kindness and respect. My monthly rate went up over $30 without even filing a claim in 2 years. When my dog did get sick, it took them almost 2 months to review my claim. I have been with them for 3 years and think this will be my last year.

So many things
So many things! Just knowing that we had insurance really helped us get the treatment we needed for our cat and know that we would get financial help in doing so. The online nurse service is so fantastic. I've been going through so much with my cat and knowing that I could call them made such a huge difference just because there were many days where we didn't think he would pull through. The claims process is fast and efficient, I put in my claims and within a week they were processed and I had my returns in my bank so I can start paying off my credit card.
