RIP OFF Lets do some math I have 4 pets with a policy with Fetch with a wellness plan monthly for 1 pet 50.12 x 12 = 601.44 annually Vet Bill 153.93 covered amount 113.18 received 80.00 2nd pet 42.55 x 12 510.60 bill 187.85 covered 147.10 only received 80.00 Also took them 24 days after expedited to do these so i am paying insurance and a vet bill that's barely for the amount i will pay in a year, think about that math and this is x's 4 2029.20 they make annually off me with a 326 return. WOW cancelling my policies and my vet was so disgusted she came up with a payment plan so that i can get rid of these people now lets see how hard they will make it to cancel i am placing reviews everywhere i can and on BBB so other people do not make a mistake going with this company

Do not recommend...
First time buying pet insurance and thought I was going with a reputable company. My very first claim for my dog's torn acl was denied. I called customer service and was told it was because there was a reference in my pet's records of occasional stiffness in that same leg, even though at which time the vet said her leg was fine and recommended a joint supplement due to common hip problems with labs...a totally different issue. I will be filing an appeal since my vet agrees the denial is ridiculous, but I assume it will be denied, and then I will be cancelling my insurance with this company. Lesson learned. Go elsewhere or skip the insurance altogether.

Extremely disappointed
Extremely disappointed! I’m over $600 in vet bills and you are telling me everything is a precondition! I don’t think you even looked at the Dr’s reports. Obstruction in the lower intestine is not and was not a precondition from October 2022.
