Like all of us, we get insurance hoping not to use it, but are so happy to have it when we need it. I have had a policy on my dog with PetsBest for over sever years, and they have been amazing on all preventative and illness care. Simple and prompt claims process.

I cannot access my files in the app and…
I cannot access my files in the app and I cannot upload receipts from there. It times out when my inbox is loading. So it is useless. I send email to Figo to submit my claims. It might be helpful to put a consolidated lists of email in the app where to send claims, send prior records, request EOBs, statement.

They avoided the issue by saying they couldn't find the account! When I call,Nick finds it immediately
They lump several different conditions in one group to keep from covering the claims. They slow pay simple claims like meds and prescription dog food. And delay paying by requiring additional info from vet already submitted. I researched all insurance company and thought they were the best. I'm reconsidering and might redraw my endorsement to over 500 pet owners in my group.

Never again
2 different dogs in a row they wouldn’t cover because I put in the claim before the policy kicked in. After 7 months, really?!? They also picked everything apart and kept having me send in the same invoices over over saying dogs name wasn’t on it when it clearly was. It was a painful and unnecessary experience and I, once again, will be getting rid of pets best. A colossal disappointment Never once did I get totalk to a human, this was all automated
