Absolutely horrible deceitful company

Absolutely horrible company. They denied 80% of my first claim. I specifically asked the salesperson about the claims they denied and she assured me they’d be covered. After my claims were denied, I spoke with Spot and said my sales rep specifically told me they were covered. The customer service rep said they’d send me a transcript of my sales call. A day later Spot called me and said they wouldn’t be sending me the transcript of the call they had previously offered. Awfully suspicious! Needless to say I’ve dropped my insurance with Spot and highly recommend everyone to stay away from Spot Insurance. Companies like Spot Insurance are what gives the insurance industry a bad name. If you want to pay a premium for insurance and have every claim declined, Spot Insurance is for you. I read other reviews after submitting my review and it’s remarkable how consistently deceitful Spot is! For example, all dogs have pre-existing ears/legs/… and as such Spot will find an excuse to consider any claim as pre-existing! Based on my experience, I agree with the review that states that the good reviews are fake. If you care about your pet and value your time and dollar, go with another provider, Spot is NOT for you!

Super fast reimbursement

My dog unexpectedly injured her knee and needed surgery. They paid us back so fast after we submitted the claim! We are sticking with them in the future as well!

I put in a claim about 2 months ago and have heard nothing. Wrote another note about it last week and got an automated message saying they were having technical difficulties. I think I chose the wrong pet insurance even though my Vet recommended them.

EMBRACE CARES AND SERVICES ARE WORTH THE MONEY

I have Embrace for my rescued 5 year old French Bulldog for a few months now, and between getting her caught up with immunizations, health checks, illness scare, and an impending military overseas PCS move, the people from Embrace really have made this as less stressful as possible. They made me feel that they actually care for my pet and every process so far has been easy and the customer service was exceptional.

SCAM- claims never approved

Denied a claim for my pup for allergies (specifically paw licking) because he had a prior ear infection once. They’re trying to claim it as a “chronic pre-existing condition”. The two have 0 correlation and didn’t know one single ear infection (treated with abx) is chronic. They’ve never approved any of our claims. Feel like this company is a scam.
