Misleading
To respond to insurances response: I reached out about that because I was positive that was what I signed up for. You do not allow that in my state which sounds foolish since my other insurance was able to reimburse insurance in my state. The only reason I switched to you is because your quote made it seem like I was getting better coverage for less than my last insurance. It was not made clear that you weren’t offering the same coverage as my previous insurer. Misleading. I switched from lemonade to them. There was nothing that made it clear when signing up that they did not cover wellness visits and preventative meds when I signed up. I didn’t find out until after making a claim on a $350 wellness visit. The sign up process is deceiving and had the option to choose med coverage and exam fees, I found out after the fact this is only for meds prescribed during a sick/emergency visit and the exam fees associated with the visit. Very upset with the lack of information and clarification given.

Total scam. Was lied to about what my policy covered, claims process was horrific and they reject everything. Liars and scam artists. They will state nonsense about pre-existing conditions, the issue is I spoke to a rep about having Wellness protection and it ended up not being covered.

Great pet insurance. Our dog was attacked by a neighbor's dog and he sustained some injury to his chest. Our pet insurance covered a portion of the vet bills, less the deductible.

Too bad and sad…..
Too bad and sad….. Insurance company that doesn’t work at all - they know how to collect money but when you need help and claim something - helpless. I will describe a bit more - have insured 4 cars with 4 drivers and a house. At the beginning everything looked great , paver found that one driver disappeared from the policy - but I paid for 4 cars, 4 drivers, and a house. I didn’t get any refund back…. Later happened accident with me and I wanted to flame it - and checked all data in my policy and found that my information is wrong at the policy.. so asked sonnet workers to fix it, send all information there, all scanned driving licenses. They fixed it - mentioned that for adding additional driver I will get 1017 premium to pay- I agreed. During these called I received 3 mailed by land letters about the cancellation of the policy and more then 5 messages by email about cancellation. As soon as I get cancelation message - called and asked for reason why policy will be canceled. I received the answer that the sonnet worker who entered data for drivers did a mistake - and that’s why I received cancellation notifications…. I called more than 6 times and each time of my call was not less than 1:30 hours…. And still at my customer dashboard I have three notifications of the cancellation!!!!!! - they are not able to fix it!!!!! I called again and in 15 days after I added 4th driver - I asked the assistant from sonnet to delete my 4th driver from policy- she didn’t delete him but said I will get back 780. When I asked for the difference - where it’s gone - she said 155 days of being in policy and administrative fees. When I complained and asked for brackdown - I didn’t get information that I understood….. Same day checked my online cabinet - seen there 4th driver, tried to delete him online - system said ‘ups, something went wrong….” Over the phone workers are helpless, I am not able ti reach someone who can help me to fix their problems in the system, it looks like they don’t have clirify understanding how their system works, how it calculates- to deal with people who do not know - nightmare!!!!
