Embrace promptly reimbursed me for the $6200.00 i had laid out during the terrible last 48 hours of my beloved cats life. In addition I received a beautiful card embedded with wildflower seeds to plant in her memory. This is an update: My most recent experiences with having Embrace Insurance for my 2 dogs have been much much better with speed of claims and information. Really happy with the upswing ! So far it’s been an ok experience. They take a long time to respond to inquiries and the claim process can be lengthy at times. Though they have over 150 employees working for them, it feels like there’s only a few with the communication process. Do your research on what kind of coverage you really will have. It can be confusing, but just takes some effort, probably more energy than I had at the time of adding my first pet.
