The best possible experience if you have a question or a claim
One of our cats had a mysterious illness. Tests were inconclusive and she slowly got better. We submitted 4 claims that were paid promptly. Prior to submitting the claims, I had questions and called customer service. It was refreshing that the person on the other end of the conversation was polite, well spoken, knowledgeable and had a sense of humor. We can recommend Pumpkin highly!!

Unexplained 50% increase in Premiums Every Year
Rates where increased year over year by nearly 50% without explanation. While they will gladly charge you for a year while offering no coverage due to the waiting period, where they determine what pre-existing conditions they don't want to cover. Between the coverage limits, deductible, claim process, poor policy coverage, and ever increasing premiums I would never recommend embrace or pet insurance in general to anyone. I would recommend that you simply set aside what you would pay every year for the insurance. At least then you will have a savings account full of money if nothing goes wrong and if something does you have an account with to pay for it.

Choose Healthy Paws
I love Healthy Paws! Their insurance has saved my pocket book. Vet care is expensive and my dog has had a lot of health issues over the years. The claim process is so easy and quick using your smart phone. The reimbursement is 90% which is huge. Reimbursement turn around time is very quick. I highly recommend going with Healthy Paws Pet Insurance!

Easy, affordable online insurance for home and auto
My husband and I love the convenience and affordability of Sonnet and are quite sad that we will have to find another insurer after 2025 (as they are pulling out of Alberta) but if you are from a province they still cater to...and you are competent in navigating an online provider) then I highly recommend you bundle your insurance (home and auto) with them
