Update name of animal hospital
The only thing that keeps this from being a five star review is that there is a minor problem with the name of the animal hospital we use. On one of the first screens that a user encounters when filing a claim, the title of the hospital in the pulldown menu is "Prospect Animal Hospital." The correct title of our vet clinic is "Prospect Animal Clinic". Their address 9217 US-42 Ste E, 40059. This is important because there is another vet clinic further up the road to the northeast that is called "Prospect Animal Hospital". Pls fix...thank you

I will never be without Fetch
I have always had pet insurance and found that if you love your pet, you want the best coverage possible. Fair and honest
Fair and honest, made 4 claims within a month and all were approved within the month. After having 7 dogs I don’t know why I never had pet insurance before. I have a accident, illness and wellness on 2 dogs currently and it feels good to have that piece of mind.

Quick and compassionate
I never had an issue with my cat until suddenly I did. His emergency trip to the vet ended in his extremely heartbreaking death. Spot was quick to process my claim and made things even easier by automatically cancelling my coverage for my cat. They were quick, but compassionate. Rest in peace, Louie

Thank You Embrace!
My dog became very sick and eventually passed away this year. With Embrace, we were able to get him some treatments that helped extend his life and gave us some more precious moments with him before having to say goodbye. This cost us next to nothing and we were reimbursed for the bills very quickly every time we submitted a request. It has been as great of an experience as I could hope for. We will definitely keep using Embrace.
