I’ve had a great experience with PetsBest Insurance. They respond to questions quickly and have excellent customer service. Every time I’ve had questions, they’ve been more than willing to explain all the details. Most importantly, their claim process is fast and efficient. Highly recommend!

Long processing time
Every time I submit a claim, it takes more than a month to get approved every time it says they need to get full medical records from the vet. Firstly, the vet never has any indication that Pets Best ever reached out to them, and 2nd, I submit the medical records every time there is a claim, so they should have one of the most up to date, I don't see why full medical records have to be submitted every time. It's a bit of a pain.

Caring for my old dog
I have a very old dog who is needing emergent and routine care. Embrace never quibbles about the cost and reimburses me promptly. I know it is expensive as the pet gets older but I have peace of mind that I will be able to afford all pertinent treatment to keep my beloved pet alive with pain-free quality of life.
