Filing a claim could not have been easier. Great communication throughout the short process, even though the app says it will take two weeks for review! I was worried because this is the second time my dog had the same issue. But vet records provided the facts, and Fetch did not balk or hassle. VERY impressed, and overall, I feel that I and my dog are valued clients.

They take the time to explain things to you on the phone , when you make a claim they don’t waste time to pay you back , I got paid within a week.
