DO NOT GET THIS PET INSURANCE!! Their premiums go up every year!! We have NEVER used the insurance and the premium has doubled in the 3 years that we’ve had it. We got the insurance for our golden retriever when he was 3 months old and he is now 3 years old. He has had some health issues, so now if we switch our insurance none of the issues will be covered. Deceptive company who price gauges every year. Went from paying $65 when first enrolled, to now $142 3 years later with NO CLAIMS!!

Submitting a claim
Was easy submitting the claim and receiving the direct deposit back into my account however, a few things could have made it better. The wait period was long and the addition of documents could be improved. I accidentally added the wrong document in the medical records section and had to redo the claim because I couldn’t remove it. It would be helpful too if, when adding the invoice, the total and date field were automatically populated from the invoice to remove the chance of human error and make the experience a little easier.

Not a good vet
Staff not friendly at all. Snobby attitude. I always feel rushed leaving outta there but you pay so much. Feeling like you’re just a number. There nice to who the want to be nice to.

Would recommend despite some downfalls
Having the insurance was great but even after approving the surgery, it took another 2 weeks before it was actually finalized and the payment was in my acct. My biggest issue is waiting on hold to actually speak with someone. Maybe consider calling back when you are next in line like other companies do. Despite this I would still recommend Embrace.

They were compassionate when I told…
They were compassionate when I told them our precious pup, Casey, didn't make it. After she stopped eating, we tried everything we could to save her but she died five days later. The vet expenses were high but Manypets reimbursed us as promised and did it in a matter of days. We were so grateful we had their insurance. They stand behind their promises.

My cat and I are so grateful!
My 8years old Tabby cat was really a healthy cat , suddenly refusing to eat badly . The Via Verde animal hospital with skilled vets and developed technology helped him and after one day he was healthy. But high prices for medications and x rays and tests.Being happy for his health ASPCA insurance helped me a lot in paying expensive health and the procedure was so smooth. I am so grateful .
