Happy with Embrace Pet Insurance
It took a couple months from the time I submitted my first claim and when I received my first payment from Embrace, but all claims after that were paid very quickly. Having my payments made by direct deposit is very convenient. The process of filing claims is easy, and sending documents is easy. Overall, I'm very pleased with Embrace Pet Insurance and the fact that they have paid by claims.

I Wish Human Insurance Was This Good!
We have always had pet insurance for our rescue dogs, but we have been SO impressed with the "patient centered" care, was of filing a claim, communication, customer service, and speedy reimbursements from Healthy Paws. We hope we don't need it, but these past two years we really did need it! One of our pups, Clark, has had a string of bad luck, with two ACL surgeries back to back, and then getting a foxtail embedded in his face (!). With his heart condition, all procedures are risky, but Healthy Paws enables us to ensure he gets the BEST care. Everything is so expensive, so we are extremely grateful to Healthy Paws for the excellent service they provide. Thank you! Lori, Todd, Bella, and Clark.

I thought with this insurance I could have been covered better where the problem with my cat and her teeth and gotten reimbursed for some of the payment I had to pay. That was a lot for me for paying everything myself

Lack of company communication
Subject: Complaint Regarding Insurance Cancellation Due to Lack of Notice I am writing to express my frustration over the recent cancellation of my insurance. During a recent move, I did not receive any notice of non-payment. Upon discovering this, I called and paid $600 after an employee assured me that my coverage would continue. Now, I am being denied insurance and asked to pay $2,000 to reinstate it, which I cannot afford as I am on disability. As a loyal customer with no prior missed payments, I feel this situation was mishandled due to poor communication. I request that my insurance be reinstated based on my payment history and the prior assurance given by your employee. I wouldn’t work with this company who only uses you for money and not understanding mistakes that happen
