If I could rate them at a zero
If I could rate them at a zero, I would. Absolutely abysmal. Waste of money and time. They will find any way possible to not pay out claims. Save your money and pay out of pocket. I could not possibly be more dissatisfied.

Feels like a runaround
I submitted a claim about 4 months ago and got emails asking for the same thing multiple times that I had already submitted. It was denied and I submitted it again several days ago and have had no response yet.

Adjusters need customer service training
The adjusters never respond to calls or emails. If you want to discuss your claim, that is too bad because they will never reply or call you. The customer service reps are great and helpful, but there is only so much they can do, and ask that I contact the adjuster. I have two claims since I purchased the insurance last year that I need to speak to an adjuster. I sent multiple messages and made several calls and not one of them returned my calls or messages. I'm now searching for another pet insurance, USAA should not back this company.

Cue tail-wagging!
My family has had mini schnauzers for years. My childhood mini, Lucy, unfortunately had chronic pancreatitis and had thousands of dollars in vet bills. I vowed to never let finances get in the way of care for my beloved pets. Fast forward several years: I got my first two minis as an adult and quickly began researching insurance companies. Embrace seemed the most authentic, practical, and fiscally responsible company- plus, they had the option for wellness! Several years went by without incident, until my younger mini, Poppy, suffered an out-of-the-blue seizure, followed by two addional ones in the following weeks. Because of Embrace, I had no hesitation in getting her checked out by a neurologist at a specialty hospital, because I knew Embrace was there for me. Sure enough, the reimbursement process was hassle-free and quick! Fortunately, Poppy is doing well on her new medication, but I know that if something happens in the future, we are covered. Cue tail-wagging!

Submitting my claim was super easy. Once I received my reimbursement, I was able to easily view the explanation of benefits to see where I was able to reclaimed some of the funds from my bill.
