Easy to submit claims, great customer service
I have had Embrace pet insurance for just over a year. During that year we have had to submit a couple claims. Using the the Embrace app, it is easy to submit my claims and I received a response and my reimbursements very quickly, usually within a week. The last claim took 48 hours to process. So far I am very impressed with Embrace.

Embrace will look for an excuse to not honor a claim
Embrace will look for an excuse to not to pay the claim. In my case I submitted a claim on July 22 2024, they asked for the medical records from the emergency treatment which were sent upon filing and then resent later. They then claimed that they needed prior medical records, which i submitted to be accepted as a client. I resent them. I finally spoke with a rep and was told the records were received and that they're under review which can take up to 30 business days. Sounds like a big stall to me. Incompetence if not outright deception. I strongly suggest you think carefully about doing business with this company.
