Just recently signed up and when we were on vacation, we had a big scare. Completing claims was so easy to do and I had no issues getting reimbursed, even being a new customer. So happy I signed up for insurance for my dog! I will never cancel this insurance!

We’ve made a number of claims ranging from getting tests for hip dysplasia to an allergic from eating a bee to an eye infection and have had zero push back or issues. They’ve processed our claims quickly, too, which was a big surprise.

Very happy with Metlife. They were fast with my claim and if I had questions they answered them quickly. I'm very pleased that the only claim I had so far was for wellness visits and they paid very quickly.

Awful, slow communication with claims process
There was a two month delay in getting my claims processed. I've been paying for this insurance for a while (about 2 years now) but this was the first time that I actually submitted reimbursement claims for a visit, not a wellness check. When I first tried to follow up via the claims portal, the response was from a claims adjuster. She sent a long e-mail talking about preexisting conditions, which was irrelevant to neither of my claims. I found her communications to be rude and unhelpful. I hope the process for future claims won't be as stressful and aggravating as our experience with that specific person was. *edited per request of Embrace to remove the claim adjuster’s name. I see the response that it takes 30 days normally, but it took over twice as long so I still don’t think that makes it okay.

Roger kept in touch with me day by day
Roger kept in touch with me day by day. Roger was concerned if I understood the coverage I was getting. He asked questions about the policy to make sure I was understanding the process. It was so much fun talking to Roger. Roger knowledge was incredible about what is offered for dogs.
