I did my research when it came to coverage and the wellness plans. However, I called the 800 number and I'm glad I did. The rep answered my questions and was able to provide additional discounts (hundreds in $avings). Great overall customer service.

My first time for pet insurance ever1
This was first time I ever had or used pet insurance, but glad I have it. Vet fees have gone through the roof and the process was so easy with the vet’s office at checkout contacting Trupanion directly and then just charging me the deductible and balance. No filing of forms on my end! That was the real win.

I love having a pet insurance that pays us for our dog’s need!
My pet insurance is just for injury or illness for my dog. I bought it when we got her as a puppy. She is now three. We haven’t really had to use it, but this week, Piper got sick with some kind of allergy and bacterial Infection. Trupanion took care of their portion of the bill, before I even paid my part. How impressive.
