I no longer recommend this insurance to…
I used to recommend this insurance to everyone, no more. My dog had a vet visit for her teeth and the vet also checked her ears. Because of checking her ears I was punished with a one year exemption for "skin" issues. Apparently ears belong to her skin. Even though there was nothing wrong with her ears just because they were checked I am not able to claim anything skin related for one year. I haven't even claimed anything before but because she was treated for a spider bite BEFORE I insured her she has a so called preexisting skin condition. That banned me for one year. The year would have been over in a couple of weeks but because her ears were checked an entire year was added to the exemption. Unreal!!!!

When I first got Insurance on my pets
When I first got Insurance on my pets I wasn't sure if I actually would receive conversation if my pets had emergency or if I would have to argue it get any. But we have had a couple of emergency visits and even lost one of our fur baby's. I sent in all of the papers that was given to us for the vets and received payment and it didn't take very long at all. When we lost our fur baby Spot was very helpful and understanding with helping us. They even called us just to express their sympathy witch might a lot to us. I have never had any insurance company do that before so that mint a lot to us.
