Healthy Paws has been an absolute blessing! I’ve been using it for over 10 years now, and my 15-year-old Yorkie, Sake, has gone through several health issues over the years. I've had nothing but a headache since…
I've had nothing but a headache since enrollment with this company. It's a pai. To get ahold of customer service. They repeatedly ask for documentation after its been sent. Then when they get the documents they don't read the notes. Refunded me.like 6 dollars. I may as well had kept my 100+ dollars a month since I've been literally paying out of pocket with no re embursement. Customer service reps were very nice though (when you can get one) very dissatisfied with this company and I don't recommend them to anyone.
