Shady practices
When a rep can’t answer questions, they just hang up. My claim was initially denied because one of your adjusters changed the reason from a covered accident claim (ingestion of a foreign body) to an illness (gastrointestinal infection) despite the supplies documentation clearly stating the reason for the emergency visit. Shady practices to avoid paying for services that my insurance should cover.

Low stress process during the stressful time
Very easy to submit claims through the app. The review process was fast. I received the reimbursements within a week. Overall, very satisfied with MetLife Pet Insurance and glad I got it for my fur baby. Wished I did not have to use it, but so glad I have it when we needed it for sure!

I am very happy with Pet's Best!
My dog had an emergency and had to be hospitalized in an oxygen tank overnight. Pets Best processed and paid the claim very quickly, much to my relief. I am so grateful for them and would not go back to any of the other insurance companies I have had over the years. The claims process is very easy. It takes about 2 or 3 minutes for me to file a claim online. They respond immediately and keep me updated in the event they need more information. I find the process to be really efficient. The money arrives in my bank account as soon as the claim is processed. No long delays. I am very happy with them.

I did not think that I would ever need pet insurance, and usually don't but such things , but the price was reasonable, and I heard good things about Trupanion. When my poor little puppy got sick , it was comforting to know they were there to help. The animal hospital said I was lucky to have trupanion and it was the best.
