Not dealing directly with insurance…

Not dealing directly with insurance personnel makes the process a little more difficult. However, my experiences with Embrace are mostly positive

Reliable, honest, straightforward coverage.

I have found Embrace to be strictly business and good business when it comes to honest coverage, and a reliable ally caring for my pets.

Horrible

Horrible! Got pets best when we got a brand new puppy. Signed up for the regular plan plus wellness. Approximately $85 a mo. Submitted first claim $39 boosters. 30 days later I get a request for prior records. I emailed back saying first visit. No prior records. They denied claim. I called. Btw this was my second call and wait times were 20 and 30min each time! Was told would reopen claim they have not. I’m out 2 pymts already and quickly approaching 3rd and they can’t even pay a 39$ booster claim on a brand new puppy when I signed up for additional plan that covers boosters/vaccines. Absolutel fraud

Fetch insurance is a rip off!

Do not recommend this insurance. My first claim was denied because of a 15 day grace period I was not aware of after I booked an appointment for my pet a week later after activating the policy. Then got denied again after another claim placed a month after. Basically, what’s the point of paying for pet insurance that won’t cover anything, not asking for the full amount but at least get some relief with the cost.

not impossible to work with, just difficult

If you are compliant with every letter of your insurance agreement and send an extremely boilerplate claim for an extremely typical problem, expect to receive a payout after following up about half a dozen times and slightly over a month of waiting. Their website is useless and their phone support uses an absolutely miserable auto-attendant/AI thing.

Great service

My cat had surgery and it was extremely easy to set up a claim for what I had paid. I sent over all my cats medical history and the bill that I had paid. The website did explicitly state that there would be a delay and would take longer than the original (we will get back to you in (x) number of days). I'm fine with that, things happen and as long as I'm told it's going to take longer, that's okay. After submitting my paperwork, I waited and then got an email explaining what I will be getting back. That was two days ago and the money is back in my account as of today. I'm happy.

Nothing was covered.

I took my dog in for his yearly shots, nothing was covered. But because he had a limp, and the vet consulted me with that and we decided to address it (pano, aka GROWING PAINS) MY WHOLE CLAIM got denied. Pretty messed up for an almost 70$ payment a month, when life is already kicking me in my (non existent) ba lls. I'm very disappointed in the last 4 months I've been purchasing pets best service, and I have a very large social media group, a lot with DOGS, I will highly not recommend if this is not made right. I'm a very angry customer.
