I called Fetch customer service to get help with my account, & was fortunate to be connected with Megan. Megan was very understanding, taking time to assess my needs. She offered various options to suit my individual situation, which made me feel comfortable. I was able to maintain my dog's health coverage at a rate that fit my budget.

I am pleasantly surprised how easy it is to use this ins I was thinking it might be a headache and its not, so far going well take puppy to vet for his visits then summit the email infor from vet visit with receipt then wait for answer from fetch ins, you keep me well informed about my claims, hope this simply process keeps working and keep get some money refunded me for having ins for dog, ty for the help with taking care of my puppy

Very disappointed with the service
Very disappointed with the service. I took pet insurance and platinum care plan for my pet in year 1 and the day of renewal, I cancelled the platinum care and the app let me cancelled effective that day itself and so I called them to check on the prorated refund since it was day1 after renewal and the agent on the call confirmed it. I never received the refund and upon calling multiple times they finally answered saying they are not returning the money back. They kept a full month fees for 1 day of platinum care and they don’t give a damn about service. I am definitely taking my business elsewhere.

This time it took over 1 month to process and eventually pay a portion of my claim. Some claims have been denied in the past due to pre-existing conditions or meeting max benefit payment. How can a 10 week old puppy who was rescued from a shelter and thus a puppy mill, be denied. He was a sick boy when I rescued him. Why have insurance, especially for the price I am paying. They should cover more for a rescued puppy.
