Very long claim processing time and not responsive.
I made a first vet visit for my cat after purchasing embrace for several months. My cat was vomitting and much less active. It costed a few hurndreds. I made my first claim. Then received reply saying the 1st claim will take 30 BUSINESS days (i.e. ~40days) to process, and future process time is 10-15days. I am disappointed as reviews were saying they have quick processing time.

I have been using Fetch since I adopted my deaf puppy eight months ago, and they are simply wonderful so far has been smooth and submitting claims and very prompt in providing updates. This is a step up from what I’ve had in the past using other pet insurance companies.

Fixed mistake
They did not reimburse me the proper amount when I first filed a claim, but once I called customer service, they acknowledged the mistake right away and processed the claim again.

Crazy rate hikes; look for another insurance
I've been with HealthyPaws for 9 years for my two cats and they keep raising the rates, and each time the hikes are ridiculous. I started around $60/mo for two cats and that's been going up over time. Now I just got another email that they're going to hike it further from $90/mo up to $190/mo. Criminals.
