The insurance is great. Claims are processed in a decent amount of time. My only complaint is changing the website. The purple was nice and calming. The yellow just feels too much.

My dog had to go in for a CT scan and having Healthy Paws Insurance has made a world of difference for us. They covered 90% of the CT scan and thanks goodness we were able to have this done so quickly. Josie is now going in for surgery to remove masses that they found on her liver. We just went through this with her sibling Max who went in for the same surgery and is doing so very well. Thank you Healthy Paws because without you we would definitely be paying out of pocket.

My dog Loki had a partial blockage which caused him to become critically dehydrated. I went to Veg ER in Peabody, Ma where he was seen right away, determined he was dehydrated and hooked up to fluids. He spent the night in the hospital but has made a full recovery. My claims process with Pets Best was seamless and I received reimbursement on my claim exactly 2 weeks to the day. After my deductible and 20% copay I was reimbursed 80% of the claim.
