Been with Fetch for almost 3 years and…
Been with Fetch for almost 3 years and every time I need to file a claim is a headache. I have to keep following up after the 15 days have passed to get things moving. Last two times took over one month for a reimbursement and according to them "we are working to make claims faster by October 1st". Well it is past that and here I am again trying to fight for my claim that is past 15 days and not only I keep getting automated messages via email, your chat is not working. Do better.

Quality and care
When I signed our babies up for insurance at the beginning of the year *just incase* anything were to happen, I never thought I would actually need spot this year. In October, our 4 year old dog slipped a disk and needed emergency surgery. Spot covered almost all of it, and without them she wouldn’t be here today. Filing a claim is very easy and convenient. We’re so grateful for spot!
