Terrible insurance
Terrible insurance. More expensive than most of insurances and keep denying claims for ridiculous reasons. They say something is pre-existing but it is not. They bend the rules in their favor. We were clients for 3 years afraid of leaving and something bad happens to our dog. But enough is enough.

Snake bite!
Fortunately I don’t have to use my insurance much, but when my guard dog got bit by a Copperhead snake while on a walk, I knew we had coverage. The peace of mind knowing that all I had to do was get her to the nearest veterinarian clinic and she’d be fine was priceless. Thank you!

VERY UNIMPRESSED WITH FETCH!! My renewal over doubled and I have a healthy 2 year old golden doodle. Such a scam! Ohh and you can't cancel through the app you have to call and wait on hold for 20 minutes.

I thought this was BS at First BUT ITS NOT!!!
The price for this insurance sounds super fake but it wasn’t. I’m paying $60 for unlimited annual benefit, $750 deductible and 90% reimbursement. Plus it covers the Vet Exams, Rehabilitation, and the Wellness Plus Package. For Example I just went to the Vet 2 days ago for some shots heath certificate and much more. It was $113 and I ended up paying $21 of my own money. If it’s always going to be like this I’m staying with FIGO Pet insurance for a very long time.

Understanding Acronym (SOAP)
Pretty basic rules - required to submit Invoice total amount paid - which should reflect a $0.00 balance after payment, and Medical Records which represent SOAP notes. SOAP - Subjective, Objective, Assessment, Plan (These equate to the veterinarian's personal notes taken during the actual visit). Wanted to thank Naomi, Kate, Meaghan, and Rachel for their knowledge and expertise. Respectfully- Job well done.
