If it wasn’t for Embrace Pet In’s. My dog would not be alive today!
If it wasn’t for Embrace Pet Insurance, my 4yr old German Shepherd pup (Fiona) would not be alive today! You see she got a really serious infection that kills female dogs within a matter of days unless they have emergency surgery. So for urgent care emergency surgery it would cost thousands of dollars that I did not have. However, thanks to Embrace Pet Insurance, Fiona was able to get the surgery she needed and is now a fully healthy and happy pup again. I do not have the words that expresses the appreciation and gratitude I have for Embrace. If you love your pet get Embrace!! They actually care about you as a customer and they care even more about the health of your pet!

highly recommend for the peace of mind
Ive had insurance for my baby for 10 yrs with this company. Ive never had to use it until now. they made everything so easy and everyone was so helpful with my claim. I highly recommend for the peace of mind in helping you care for your babies when something unexpected happens

PetsBest never honored the claim.
I have spent over 700$ paying PetsBest monthly, but they never processed my claim. I gave up after waiting for over a month. During this time I got about 7 e-mails from them stating that they are waiting for the records. I have explained to them many times that my old vet clinic closed and I went to another one for the first time. They kept sending me generic apologies and requests for records that do not exist. I have filed a BBB report and reported them to the Department of Insurance. I will never do business with them again. Do not recommend!

Really supportive
Supported me a lot when my cat had the anemia and needed blood transfusion. They proceed claims very fast and ensure the 80% coverage with a reasonable deductible.

Happy with Embrace Pet Insurance
It took a couple months from the time I submitted my first claim and when I received my first payment from Embrace, but all claims after that were paid very quickly. Having my payments made by direct deposit is very convenient. The process of filing claims is easy, and sending documents is easy. Overall, I'm very pleased with Embrace Pet Insurance and the fact that they have paid by claims.
