i an always grateful when processes go as planned. The claim, refund, and payment process was smooth and efficient. I filed my claim electronically, and within no time the refund came into my account; one week, maybe 2. No need to call Customer Service. Pleased.

Not What I Expected
The product didn't match the description at all. I was really hoping for better quality, but it felt cheap. On top of that, it took longer to arrive than promised, which just added to my disappointment. I can't say I'll be ordering from here again anytime soon.
