Always Looking to Deny
This insurance company looks for every opportunity to deny valid claims sighting one off comments as entire reasons to deny completely unrelated claims. They denied that my dog's claim for a needed surgery sighting "allergies are a preexisting condition" as the reason for the denial when the allergy to eating beef had nothing to do him developing a hematoma. Genuinely horrible to work with.

First attempts to enter data on phone failed - it kept erasing my answers. Then, working on laptop, all went well except there was no "Add Another Pet" by the time I finished entering my dog's info.
