So far, so good!
So far, I am really happy with my experience using Spot. Spot is quick to review & respond to claims. After having to take my cat into the Emergency Vet, I was so stressed about the bill but only had to pay 80% after I hit my deductible since Spot approved my claim. I’d recommend Spot to any pet owner.

Easy submission, quick processing and payment
Used the app to fill out a few fields and submit his invoices. Filed 3 claims, all of which were processed and paid out within 2 days of submission. When your pet has surgery it’s a very stressful time. It’s been a huge relief to know that the financial side has been taken care of and it’s one less thing I have to worry about. I can now devote my full attention to my pets recovery.

Fast and Easy to submit claim
Fast and Easy to submit claim. Hardest part of the process was scanning my paper files to a USB in order to upload them, but you could just take a picture with your phone.

We made our first claim on October 28
We made our first claim on October 28, and I totally understand that a first claim can take longer than 10 to15 days because the company will check the medical history of your pet. In our pet's case, it is under 1 year of when we took the policy out, for our now 15 month old dog. Submitting the claim was VERY easy and the customer service with Kyle, on a question I had was very helpful! So far, so good.
