Talking to a person to answer all my questions. Rebecca was so nice to talk to explaining everything I wanted to know. I had done a lot of checking of other pet companies. Prudent was the only one who texted me and asked about what I needed. I have just signed up and Rebeca assured me if I had any questions I could always call and talk to a person about anything. I would check them out if you’re thinking about insurance for your pet.

The best pet insurance!
Amazing company--I will never have any other pet insurance! My dog has been insured with Healthy Paws since he was a puppy and they have always quickly reimbursed us for little issues here and there. He is now a senior and had to have an emergency lifesaving surgery. I just submitted everything like always, even though the amounts I was asking to be reimbursed were immensely higher than are ordinary claim, and Healthy Paws took care of reimbursements almost immediately. They then reached out to see how my buddy was recovering after such a big surgery, which was beyond thoughtful. Excellent service and a company that clearly puts pets and their customers first.
