First time using Embrace and blown away by how quickly the claim was processed and how easy the process was to complete. I uploaded pictures of my invoice while checking out at my my vet's office and was reimbursed within a few days. Thank you for making a stressful time easier.

I pay almost a 1k a year for coverage but nothing is covered
I pay almost a 1k a year for coverage - but most time they deny everything. Beware - even if your vet notes a tear in your dog's eye they won't cover anything eye related, they didn't cover the annual teeth cleaning because there were signs of tartar (lol - truly heinous when they advertise every tooth is covered). I pay extra for the wellness benefit as well. I forgot to upload receipts before 3 months of incident had passed- denied, even though there is nothing to let customers know that upfront. Super unhelpful, hard to cancel as you have to call. When I called, the lady tried to go over why my claims were denied - basically trying to say I was wrong and shouldn't cancel.
