Had a great experience and response from the embrace team when there was an issue with receiving documentation from my vet. Everyone I spoke too was very professional and courteous. We were able to get the issue resolved and my check was in the mail. Very happy with their services.

With the 448$ per MONTH rate for one healthy dog…I’ll just put MY money in an interest earning acct and have enough banked to cover my pet…just sayn 448$ per mth w/250$ deductible and only 90% covered…uh huh

They are happy to take your money.
When you sign up you sent them all available history for your new rescue. They accept the medical history and activate the insurance. At the time of filling a claim . They need all the old history again and if the can't get in contact with the rescue veterinary clinic which doesn't exist anymore. They will cancel the claim because now they can't verify if it is a preexisting condition. Stay way from embrace.
