It appears that when you file a claim, they will work hard to find a reason to not pay your claim. Beware that if your pet took a medication prescribed previously, they will consider that a per existing condition and not cover. Lip licking , vomit, diarrhea are all considered pre existing condition. So beware before you shop with this company. You’re wasting your money and time. I’m canceling my policy, because they stated after 9 months of payment and received vet records at beginning of policy and never stated these so called pre existing conditions. Just beware that symptoms are considered pre existing conditions. This pet insurance company is not worth your hard earned money.

Submitted a claim back at end of May on there app got told they needed soap notes got a hold of veterans they sent it through then I went to the vet and got the paper work and resubmitted everything again on the app they didn't even look at it until I went on there and talked to someone on there chat line and then they were supposibly going to look at it well at least they changed it on the app to say they were looking into it again and of course that's only been another month it seems to me all they want is the money and not do anything for the people paying and how much do they pay for these good reviews

Best decision I made was getting this plan! I thought submitting my claim was going to be a long drawn out process, but it was extremely easy. And the turn around time was fast! I submitted a claim on Friday evening and received my reimbursement on Wednesday morning.

Embrace for all of Zoe's Needs
Embrace has taken care of Zoe's medical needs for many years. Once I submit an expense they review and reimbursed based on the policy I have in place for her. It is the easiest way to submit and then just wait for reimbursement. Zoe is 11 years old now and I have had Embrace for as long as I have had Zoe. That speaks volume for Embrace and I am very picky. They have been absolutely wonderful…
They have been absolutely wonderful since my rescue Ella started having respiratory issues.(2 years ago) Claims were always processed promptly for treatments, meds etc. Highly recommend!
