Loving Embrace and feeling safe
This is the first time I've needed to use my dog's health insurance, and it has been great. The embrace team was helpful and resolved my claims in a maximum of two work days. I appreciated it because I felt safe not having to call and see the status of the claims.

Easy to submit receipt for claim!
Easy to submit receipt for claim! The App makes submission of the vet receipt so easy... just scan and go. I like that I don't have to evaluate each item to see which items are covered on my claim. PetsBest does all that for me, and then provides a detailed explanation a couple of days later. Then, my reimbursement is automatically deposited to my checking account. It could not be easier. Very nice!

I am glad I chose Spot Pet Insurance
I am glad I chose Spot Pet Insurance. Upon enrolling, it took a bit to get all the health and prior veterinarian information Spot Pet Insurance wanted, but once that was completed to their satisfaction, it was easy to submit claims. The cost per month for my dog is, so far, affordable. I chose to be reimbursed by check so it takes a bit longer but I don't mind. One can always opt for direct deposit, if preferred. Their web site is very easy to navigate.
