Unhappy claim handling
To much back and forth to get a simple claim paid in a timely manner. Question after question. Needed proof that I canceled a previous policy from a different carrier. Why should that even matter. I had also recieved a note about pre existing condition. After 4 messages back and getting the proof of the canceled policy it finally went through. I can say that everyone I spoke with was nice and I was not which is not like me but I was ready to cancel and try another company but hopefully things will now go smoother.

I have called multiple companies requesting quotes, and Amanda was the only one that went to great detail and put in extra effort to ensure that I truly understand what I just purchased, super friendly, and very relatable.
