"I was having a hard time deciding which pet insurance to buy for our new puppy. I finally decided on 4/19 to go with Pet's Best. I added on to the plan to include wellness coverage. Her appointment was on 4/20. I submitted the bill right after her appointment and was super surprised when I got an email that evening saying the claim was processed. I received the payment on 4/24. I received a pre-approval for my dog’s upcoming procedure. Trupanion was quick to respond and the explanation of payment was accurate. I submitted the invoice a few hours after the procedure and in less than 24 hours I got confirmation that my reimbursement was accepted. I received the electronic funds a day later.
