I submitted our puppy's surgery he had 3 lumps removed costing almost 2000.00 they separated all three lumps into three deductibles and didn't pay me a penny. I have 800.00 deductible so I was expecting some reimbursement but GOT NOTHING. Do not recommend this company

PetsBest Took Care of Us!!
I feel that PetsBest took their time to review our claim and communicated with us throughout the process. We were extremely pleased with the fair and positive results to cover all the medical expenses minus the grooming (nail trim). We had to take out dog to the emergency hospital for an illness and the pre approval and instant payment features were wonderful. Really takes the stress off of us know that we weren’t staring down a large vet bill so we could make better decisions for our dog.
