Exceptional service and I've been so blessed to have this insurance because this past year my precious dog had an recation to a vaccine. And it paid on two emergency room visis that would have been hard for me to pay for

Embrace Pet Insurance is worth it.
December 29, 2025 our dog was not feeling well. Took her to the Vet to find out she has diabetes. This required a 3 night hospital stay, insulin shots, a change to prescription dog food and weekly monitoring for first 3 weeks. Thanks to Embrace we knew we would see a reimbursement for 80% of the cost based on the policy we signed up for. Embrace has always paid with no issues. We are thankful to have Embrace for our pet.

Waiting to be processed
I have just recently paid the down payment. I feel like the process should be quicker ex: Like when purchasing car insurance, you receive immediate coverage. The process takes a little longer than one might expect.

Wish I had cancelled within the 30 day period...
I had signed up for Fetch because it says under the basic coverage that they cover annual check ups, as well as neutering. When I submitted my claim, it was denied. Be sure to read the policy carefully because after signing up, I was offered something for an outrageous amount ontop of the $300 I had initially paid.

This company is a fraud
This company is a fraud. They are happy to take your premiums but will do anything to keep from paying a claim. They are a complete scam. They were rude and went out of their way to be jerks. Do not do business with them! Horrible, horrible people.
